Thank you for visiting and shopping at DEGU Motivation.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

​

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not control the mail.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

DEGU Motivation ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

DEGU is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

DEGU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

 

Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Since our supply is so small and this company has just begun creating goods ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

As we grow and evolve this may change, stay loyal my friends.

Once items sell-out they could NEVER be reprinted, and will no longer be available.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

 

Delivery takes 10–15 business days inside the States per the shipping method (USPS/FedEx). Orders must be placed before 2pm EST to greatly increase the chance of that order being shipped that day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes)

 

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, could likely be processed on Mondays.

 

DEGU Motivation is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. DEGU is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

 

*Any order that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in these cases.

 

 

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

 

To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out (with the printed side in).
